Effluent is defined as Treated or Untreated Waste water that flows out of a treatment plant, sewage, or industrial outlet. So this treatment of waste water i.e. untreated effluent is turned into Treated Effluent with the help of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)

We offer range of wastewater treatment Plant that is specially designed for achieving Zero discharge. We offer Effluent Treatment Services that include Design of ETP, Study the generation of effluent, Source reduction & separation of effluents. The plants are designed to treat low and high volume of waste water to be perfect for small scale & large scale industry. Our ETP plants are designed to treat 5 cum to 50 cum per day with primary, secondary treatment & tertiary treatment. Our Packaged Effluent Treatment Plant can be availed by the clients in both of skid-mounted type and non skid-mounted type.

Primary Treatment

• Primary treatment includes bar screen chamber, Coagulation equipment, Flocculation equipment, Primary Clarifier and Neutralizing Agents
• It features assured levels of heavy metal removal
• Level of pre treatment adjusted to meet downstream equipment tolerances
• Special recovery systems for recovering Acids, Precious Metals and other effluents

Tertiary Treatment

• Tertiary treatment involves UF and RO plant for recovering more than 80% of water & recycle back to process.
• The reject is fed to Evaporator to complete process of zero discharge.
